I was impressed with some of the athletes on your team. A few more recruiting years, ODU will be a force in CUSA. I could see that yesterday.

I agree. He really impressed me.

ODU was game on Saturday until we kind of flipped a switch somewhere in the 3rd quarter. They had me scared.

A lot to look forward to for ODU fans......this should be one of the top offensive teams in the conference for the foreseeable future.

Thanks for the kind words but until we have depth to play all 4 quarters and good coaching to go along with it we ain't winning jack.

That'll come. Being this young and still reaching the middle of the pack in the conference.....and possibly a bowl game.....and you hung with us more than our past 4 opponents....hell, you were up 31-21 in the 3rd......that's means for positive assurance imo

Looking back, we played a decent game - better than I expected and worthy of respect. Those turnovers killed us though. Tempted to blame our youthful inexperience, but So Miss defense was on point.

With Southern Miss scoring a TD and then our 2 turnovers leading to 2 more touchdowns that 21 point swing was a huge blow to our young teams confidence and we never recovered. The defense couldn't hold up anymore and the offense couldn't move the ball.

Yeah, football's a big momentum game, and the momentum turned so hard it could snap your neck. A team full of tested, experienced players could've probably coped well. But our squad may have been to young and folded to the pressure.

Great game USM. You don't know how glad I am you guys have a respectable team again. Wish we could have pulled it off and 'put the dress in the bag', but I guess we just gotta keep fightin' on.
