Tickets are going fast. Only a couple thousand left in the upper corners on Ticketmaster.

Stubhub started the day with 1200 resale tickets and it is now down to 700.

Ought to sell out well before Saturday's 6 pm kickoff, even in the secondary market.

Memphis just did 55K plus for a g5 'in-conference' game. Come on Houston, you can at least do some fraction of that.

While we're all waiting for the game to start, I will just comment on how really bad both VT and GaTech look tonight.

Most of the ACC teams are really bad considering they're P5. REALLY BAD.

I really feel bad for the WAC. If that league still had football, we, the AAC, would probably be on the other side of the equation.

LOL the game would have sold out Monday if Memphis hadn't choked against Navy.

It will be interesting to see if Navy makes you eat those words on the 26th...

Coog fans only show up if it's a big time opponent like Memphis.

Happy to see Memphis here in Houston...as long as you're not bringing DeAngelo Williams with you. I still have nightmares of the last time he was here.

AAC Game of the year so far.
Memphis is a must win to keep scant NY6 bowl hopes alive.
Houston can eliminate Memphis and elevate Houston/Navy to game of the year.

Temple must be licking their chops in not being in the west.

I'm on the record saying it's going to be close and competitive. I think...

Houston 41
Memphis 38

evenly matched squads, I think if it was at the Liberty Bowl, I'd flip those.

(yes, there is a reverse jinx to above on some levels, but I fully expect both teams to show well)

If it's close & Memphis has the ball last, Memphis wins. But I'm not sure it will be that close, either Memphis or Houston wins by 10+ after a real struggle through 3 qtrs.

Over, especially if Memphis wins. shere khan is gonna go HAM.

So you are allowing for the possibility of a Memphis win

I am still flipping back and forth over who I favor in the game. I usually look at the line movement for a little guidance, but it's throwing me off. I expected it to get down to a pick'em, but it's only gone the other way. Now Houston -7.

In the official "Jackson's Book of Jinx's" on page 63 it says that if you call someone out for admitting a reverse jinx you cancel out the loss of the jinx. So the jinx is still in effect.
