I think the team sees the light at the end of the tunnel, two home wins and the MACC game is theirs. We need butts in the seats big time for this one. Can't wait
Agree with you. We were in the same position last year.
Graham's come from behind victory against Toledo in the final two minutes was an incredible achievement worthy of a place in NIU FB history.
Given NIU's victory over the second Bowl worthy team (Buffalo), barring injury NIU must have a descent probability of beating WMU this year.
It will be a tough game worthy if an intra-state rivalry given PJ's NIU connection.
Many thousand NIU fans will be watching in DeKalb, allot more(tens of thousands) will be watching on computer or TV and or listening to Bill Baker.
While WMU has yet to beat a descent OOC team under PJ their 41-39 win over CMU and 49-14 win over Ohio deserve respect. Both these teams will likely goto the post season. Their 54-7 win over BSU deserves commendation.
Their 43-17 loss to the Sunbelt #3 team makes me hope they get ranked near the bottom of the MAC in this years post season.
This is the third year that PJ has recruited the top MAC class.
This years WMU team is better than last years.
The MAC's first million $ man will be looking to earn his keep with a landmark program victory against NIU.
