His style of play is somewhat boring but he advances in the NCAAs to Final Fours something our current coach hasn't even come close to. There are so many coaches out there better than Pastner, but Pastner can recruit too. He just cant seem to get his teams to play together to start or finish a season.

To equate the recruiting success of Howland and Pastner is silly. Has our coach had Russell Westbrook, Kevin Love or Collinson type players. I know some think so, but get real....

He's getting a recruiting pop since he just took over the job, but it hard to see him suddenly being a top tier recruiter from Starkville Miss.

He had a few rough seasons at UCLA the last 5 years, after a string of F4 appearances. Once that team graduated, he never seemed to get them back on track.

You can bet the house MSU will be a better team under him though.

He also, WON the conference his last year.

But eric is so much smarter than everyone here.

F199.

We can discuss IQ's.

So I give my 2 cents and now I'm thinking I'm smarter than everyone?

How about just disagreeing without trying to make it personal? All we are doing here is sharing our opinions. I think the man is a heck of a coach.

Calm yourself. Deep, slow breaths.

How about you F the F O. 04-cheers

There is no comparision of Howland vs Pastner. I would take Howland in a heartbeat. He is a proven winner. He will succeed at Moo St.

You aren't exactly Albert Einstein doe, Mr 38000+ posts.

Any fool can see I made no such claim and slaw's angry replay was totally unprovoked, unnecessary and just plain childish.
