Cubs Moving to 670 The Score!
The Cubs announced today that their entire 2016 season will be broadcast on 670 the Score. Great news. Nothing worse then turning on 670 and hearing White Sox pre/post game coverage. I think the Sox are moving to 890....

The Cubs have been on WGN for as long as I remember, so this kind of makes my head spin. The times they are a changing. Next thing you know, Wrigley Field will stop selling Old Style. Not that I drink it, but that's just how it has always been.

Not tuning into that station anymore, that is for sure. It was already on my fringe blocklist, this cinches it

The Cubs being on 670 will definitely benefit the station more than the Sox being on there. I would say more people are saying the exact opposite of what you just stated.

The biggest benefit is that every Cubs day game during the week shortens the B&B show. All of humanity is better for that.

RE: Cubs Moving to 670 The Score!
Those 2 are going to be all but out of a job from March through the end of the season.

Reinsdorf made a good business decision moving the White Sox & Bulls to WLS. Won't have to listen to the on air talent bash his franchises. ESPN will be left with only UIC hoops. WLS also has Notre Dame FOotball & Hoops. With Notre Dame possibly playing for a national championship, their ratings will spike. \

WLS also won't have much airtime for political talk with the sports additions and Steve Dahl.
