Can't hurt. Not sure how much he knows about anything that would help the ACC, though. Q: will he continue to work at ESPN?

Yes....all it means is he comes in for meetings. However, he should be able to give advice on things related sports programming...he might be able to push for an college run ACC Network studio/production center for the ACC err unicorn Network at the Newhouse School. Many of those kids are better than the talent you see on ESPN3.
