I am one of the negative ones on this forum supposedly, but I don't think I would waste my time putting down so many words about such a worthless program.

This is the only reasonable perspective on the football program right now. Optimism is nothing more than "magical thinking" -- there is nothing in reality to remotely suggest that improvement is possible, let alone likely.

That said, I think it may be easier for Jeremy to disconnect from the football program than it is for some of us. I think he went to Mizzou. If I had gone to Mizzou, I sure as hell wouldn't follow EMU.

Huh ? I am on the forum to voice my opinion about a sports team. This whole thing "don't say anything unless you have something nice to say" works with wives and girlfriends.

You can wrap crap in a cashmere cover but it will still be crap at the end of the day.

Where is our Al Golden? Creighton is not Al Golden...because Golden's Owls showed significant improvement from year one to year two.

Golden was 1-11, 4-8, 5-7, 9-4, 8-4. Let's see where we're at in year 3. If we win 5 I'm sure it still won't be enough.

To be completely honest, I would be thrilled if the football program ended up at 4-8 in Creighton's second season.

I just hope potential recruits don't find this forum.
