Remaining Undefeated, 1-Loss, and Winless Teams After Week 11
Teams with 1st Loss: 5
Toledo
Texas Christian
Michigan State
Memphis
Louisiana State

Teams with 2nd Loss: 3
Appalachian State
Marshall
Florida State

Teams with 1st Win: 0
None

Percent of Teams with 1st Loss:
Week 1: 33.59% (43 of 128)
Week 2: 40.00% (34 of 85)
Week 3: 33.33% (17 of 51)
Week 4: 14.71% (5 of 34)
Week 5: 31.03% (9 of 29)
Week 6: 20% (4 of 20)
Week 7: 12.5% (2 of 16)
Week 8: 14.29% (2 of 14)
Week 9: 8.33% (1 of 12)
Week 10: 45.45% (5 of 11)

Number of Possible Undefeated Teams at the End of the Regular Season: 4
- Clemson, Houston, Baylor/Oklahoma State, Ohio State/Iowa
-Our maximum number dropped from 6 to four this week, with the final SEC and MAC undefeated teams loosing.

Week 10 Thoughts:
-After holding onto more undefeated teams than usual, we had our highest percentage week for losing them this week.

-The Sun Belt and Conference USA lost their final 1 loss teams this week while the MAC and SEC lost their final undefeated teams.

Week 11 Thoughts:
-We have two games this week with undefeateds playing 1-loss teams. In the Big 12, undefeated Baylor hosts 1-loss Oklahoma. The winner will probably be favored to win the conference.
-In the American we have 1-loss Memphis playing at undefeated Houston. Those two along with Navy remain the favorites to go to the CCG.

-There are several other big games for 1-loss/undefeated teams this week.
-One-loss North Carolina hosts Miami (FL). If the Tarheels win, they clinch their spot in the ACC title game vs. Clemson. If they lose, the division remains very much open.
- In the American east 1-loss Temple plays at South Florida. At this point, South Florida is the only remaining team that stands any real shot at beating Temple out for the championship game (although still very much longshots).
-One-loss Alabama plays at Mississippi State this week. The Tide will of course be big favorites, but a loss throws things into open in the SEC West as right now as LSU and Alabama sit with 1 loss and 3 other teams with 2 losses.

-On the winless side, Kansas plays at a very disappointed TCU this week and Central Florida is off.

Boise State hosts New Mexico this coming week. The Lobos are in the running for the Mountain side of MWC.

LOL, that's the first time I've seen someone refer to LSU as Louisiana State in a while. Threw me off a little.

I'd put BGSU there in 2nd loss. The best G5 2-loss team out there.

IDK, Western KY could give them a run for their money.

And in a footote, MiamiU picked up its first FBS win and its first MAC Conference win of the season over EMU. (NB. EMU only has one win, but it was an FBS win over Wyoming.)

01-lauramac2 That was a big one to miss. I was pretty diligent early on about going through the standings and checking each conference, but last few weeks, I figured I could trust myself to move the few I needed to from the undefeated to 1-loss column. Thank you.
