Missouri's governing board installed an outsider president to help corporatize the university. The corporatizer was done in, perhaps ironically, by the most corporatized part of the university, the football team. "Follow the money" remains good advice.

All the other parts - the hey-hey-ho-ho-ing and idiot media profs and poop swastikas - are just weird window dressing. This is the 58-56 analysis.
