The problem will all these trades is that the other team has to agree to them. We are going to have a hard time flipping an aging star whose game does not fit the new NBA and a journeyman who has never been able to fit in with any team he has been on.

While what I proposed won't happen, every trade makes sense for both teams.

The spacing wasn't an issue to start last season. It's literally the same starting 5 it's not like teams have just realized Tony can't shoot.. The biggest problem with this team is an attitude problem. It goes back to the second half of last season.

Again look at our record the first half of last season and then post trade. There is where the problem lies. Something happened after that trade within the team.
BINGO and it has carried over. This team is getting old and that is no doubt but this is on Joerger for not understanding how to deal with the dynamics of a changing social relationship on this team. There is more to basketball than just the game itself.

Defense takes a want to attitude and it wins championships. They were the best team on defense before Green.

This team gives you hints of what is transpiring behind the scene i.e. Green comes in and starts but chemistry and play suffers; Tony Allen (upset and rightfully so) is suspended soon after, yet on the court he is reminding you he is first team all defense. Conley recently has said the team is not on the same page defensively. Duh? Somebody need to wake up before it's to late or is it already. I say this because Robert Pera is not going to sit back while Rome (Memphis)burns and that means either Joerger goes or the team goes.

Joerger is a good coach but is missing the nuisances of managing personalities on this team. He wants to play faster but your horses are not built for speed. A great coach will coach what he's got while working with management to get what he wants. Ah, but here is the rub; what does management want? Charlie Foxtrot (CF) if, you know what I mean.

You are right. Can't win against the current NBA with the way this team is constructed.

Or whoever is making the personnel decisions. Is it Wallace? Or is he just a puppet ?
