Only hope we do not spot them 2 TDs. With the way they control the ball with the run it will limit possessions and the ability to come back.

Have to play assignment defense, contain, be patient and tackle well. If not, it could be a long evening.

I would agree with this post but you've been pretty wrong about everything. Ever.

While memphis defense hasn't seen nothing quite like the triple option of Navy, the midshipmen hasn't seen a QB this year with the skill level of Paxton Lynch nor the multiple ways the memphis offense can move the ball and score. Navy, simply doesn't have the defensive personnel to slow down Memphis offense, the closest thing to what Navy will face Saturday was a couple of weeks ago against Notre Dame and they allowed over 450 total yard and the Irishmen is nowhere explosive on offense as memphis. Expect memphis players to be focused after probably overlooking Tulane and getting chewed out by Fuente for doing so and knowing these next 3 games are critical

I expect the game to come down to which team can (1) avoid critical mistakes and (2) capitalize on their opponent's mistakes. That was the story in the Navy - Notre Dame game. A loud Tiger crowd when Navy has the ball will be an asset. I wish to hell that our students and band would shut up when WE have the ball.

I'm just glad the students are showing up.
