FSU In An Unfamiliar Underdog Role
From ESPN:

According to the Westgate Las Vegas SuperBook, Florida State is a 12-point underdog to Clemson. It would be the first time the Seminoles have ever been a double-digit underdog in an ACC conference game (became member in 1991).

Essentially, this year's Clemson team could be one of the best in conference history.

RE: FSU In An Unfamiliar Underdog Role
Anybody know what the highest tv rating for a regular season ACC game is?

I bet we get a new record.

I would imagine there will be lots of viewers from the Big12 footprint.

Beat FSU first, then we'll talk "best" in conference history...quite a few FSU teams Clemson would be ranked with :)

Notice the qualifier "could". Evidently you're not impressed with being a double digit underdog to an ACC team for the first time.

I am very impressed with Clemson. Think they have a real shot at making a run at the title. Great offense, great defense.

This is not an impressive FSU team. Weak OL, below avg QB, no experience at WR/TE. Special teams have been weak all year as well. Defense is solid, but far from dominant.

This is Clemsons year. They have to take advantage and win out this season.

Clemson crushed BC, Miami, and G Tech.

FSU didn't do great against these 3 and loss 1 of them. G Tech's defense sucks and FSU struggled to score on it.

RE: FSU In An Unfamiliar Underdog Role
It does take winning a national title to get in the discussion of best ever in the ACC though.

So that bragging point is not there yet until the end of the season and Clemson is holding up the NT trophy.

Scoring a TD on the first play at Clemson - NOT unfamiliar to FSU.

RE: FSU In An Unfamiliar Underdog Role
If you lose as a double digit favorite (even against FSU), does that count as Clemsoning?
