How do you post a photo or video clip?

Smile How do you post a photo or video clip?
I am able to copy and paste a link but not a photo or video clip.
I know some of you are tired of hearing this but I have never been able to make it work.

I know how to post video on youtube.

What i'd like to know is how to post video to youtube in hd or at least good quality like this:





And not poor quality video like this:

It depends on the source of the video. The first video is captured via the source, most likely via a capture card straight into the computer retaining all the HD quality. The second is captured with a crappy cell phone filming a TV.

You can only work with what you start with. Youtube isn't going to enhance anything that is low quality from the start.
