RE: Bloomberg with a scathing editorial.
I disagree that it is scathing. The author states that the GOP has devolved into a religion of sorts because it (or specifically Jeb Bush) wouldn't accept a 10-1 cuts to tax ratio. What is always left unsaid is that the tax raise would come first with no promise of the cuts. If the DNC committed to such a plan, make the cuts first.

He claims the GOP is anti-science presumably because it's an anathema to ask questions regarding the data collection surrounding Climate Change. In his mind he believes the only difference between the two parties is that Republicans are slightly less progressive.

It's not his mind. It's the editorial board I believe.

The author is unnerved at Bush falling down low in the polls? What the heck is wrong with Republicans that they don't recognize the greatness and brilliance of Jeb Bush? That's all you really needed to tell me at how bad Republicans have gotten. 03-lmfao

Jeb Bush's poor timing of attacking Rubio in the debates tells me all I need to know about his ability to think quickly on his own.

Bush is losing because he refuses to pander to the angry segment of the Republican Party.

Rubio is on his way up but unless he embraces the angry nuts, he too will lose favor.

.......coming from the same guy that tried to limit soda sizes to 16 oz to protect the folks from themselves. What sort of
take would you expect him to have about most any policy of Rebublicans.

Given Bloomberg's belief of "the government solves all problems", he as well hasn't figured out just how sick a large group of Americans have become with the ineptness of government. Bush is suffering from the whammy of Republicans not wanting family dynasties in our politics as well as them being fed up with "politics as usual".

Frankly, Bush would likely make a much better President than the doofus currently occupying the office, but the above reasons will sink his chances. In another time, he might be able to win.........but not at this point in time.

By "angry nuts", I would assume you mean people who want to adhere to the Constitution and keep America from becoming another socialist European style hell hole or taken over by Mexicans and turned into their shytty 3rd world country.

Sign me up with the group that wants that.

I love these concern troll articles as if this author has any intention of either voting in the republican primary or voting for Bush if he gets the nomination.

Really.

And Bush's answer was not no, it was that the Dems would offer that deal when hell freezes over (not in those words-he used something like "big wet kiss.").

In any event, Obama has already raised taxes and the economy is strangling and people are dropping out of the work force.

And lies about some independent review saying those plans would increase the debt by trillions. There have been no such reviews.

Agree, and I feel the same about seat belt laws, motorcycle helmet laws, suicide laws, etc. If i want to grow pot on my property for my personal use on my property there should be no law to prohibit me.
