Congrats USM fans. Glad to see you guys back where you belong. And an aside to other teams' fans that want to be "patient" w/ your coaching hires: don't. If after a couple yrs. you don't see MAJOR improvement, start the search for the next coaching staff/AD. It can and IS done quickly at all levels, so don't buy the BS that the folks that hire people that aren't/can't get it done espouse. USM is proof of this. Same w/ Marshall. Same w/ UAB, Memphis and a multitude of others. The pickers of these coaches need to hit, and if they don't they need to get sh*tcanned. Simple and blunt, but on pt.
