I'm going on the record, Temple gets thumped tomorrow and then loses last three...@USF, vs Memphis, vs UCONN. Last one might be a stretch. Need to run the table and might have a shot.

Seems like a major stretch to me but that doesn't mean we can't hope. The ever so slightly more "realistic" scenario now would be a 3 way tie between Temple, USF and us at 6-2. The keys for that:
- We of course need to win out
- Temple loses @ USF and to Memphis
- USF (in addition to beating Temple and losing to us per above) wins @ Navy tomorrow and also @ ECU and @ UCF.
Then we'd each be 1-1 against each other in the first tie-breaker. Haven't bothered to check the next tie-breakers yet.

Temple has had difficulty recently with UCF and ECU, two teams that have not played well of late. They needed a couple of blocked punts to beat ECU. They have not played a good team since the Bearcats. Temple may be playing a Ronald McDonald Miller, So who knows.

RE: Temple
Temple's 2 deep on D are a bunch of 22-23 year old guys and many have started 24 -30 games in their career.
Really deep. ND won't throw on them as much as we did, but they might run it some more. If Flowers for USF plays well at QB they can beat anyone, he is young.

Man...I'd love to see this but it's so far fetched. I'd also love to see Temple kick Brian Kelly's arse today.

Well so much for that as USF falls to Navy. Our only shot to play in the AAC CG now starts with Temple going 0-3 in conference down the stretch. I guess if I had to find a bright spot to that it is we're now in 2nd place.
With 3 undefeated teams in the conference, Navy hasn't gotten much attention but they're pretty darn good too. Turnovers and defensive growing pains have cost us, but we seem to be tightening that up, particularly the former. That's 5 quality AAC teams that I doubt many P5 teams would be looking forward to facing. Of course with the AAC's bowl lineup not many will have to unfortunately.

I hope Temple beats Notre Dame tonight then loses the rest of their AAC games!

I'd rather see Temple run the tables for conference legitimacy at this point.

Yes that would be nice for the conference, but I want a championship for the Bearcats first and foremost.

That's pretty stupid when they're playing non-conference opponents and it could boost the conference's image.

Temple will likely drop from the polls but really shouldn't. That was an impressive performance against a really good team

They should not, but the only poll technically is the playoff poll. That comes out Tuesday evening. ND's last TD I thought the safety was going to pick it, bad angle.
