Other Games - Week 9
Elon up a touchdown early on Stony Brook.

ODU's game looks at best half full. Haven't they been touting a sellout streak?

Elon TD negated by a penalty.

They're using the UR "sellout" strategy. Call it a sell out and it must be. They have probably actually sold out of season tickets though, it's just that fans aren't showing up based on the team's performance. No surprise, we know how fairweather their fans are.

ODU's D looks like ours did last week. Please don't let that happen again. That hurt my soul.

RE: Other Games - Week 9
Games of note (finals unless noted):

MVFC only 3 teams with winning records. ILSU, NDSU, and SDSU stand out
-ILSU (7-1/5-0) beat Larry Bird U (4-4/2-3) 27-24

-NDSU (6-2/4-1) beat SIU (3-5/2-3) 35-29

-SDSU (6-2/3-2) beat Missouri St (1-7/0-5) 39-0

The rest is a bunch of the .500s beating up on each other (5 of their 10 teams that are 4-4 + SIU at 3-5). They only have one crap team, Missouri St

OVC
-JSU (7-1/5-0) beat EKU (5-3/4-1) 34-0.
EKU came in with only 2 losses, both to I-A, including KY whom they should have beat. Thought they would play JSU closer

Big Sky:
-SUU (6-2/5-0) beat Cal Poly (2-6/1-4) 54-37.

-EWU (6-2/5-0) beat Weber (4-5/3-3) 14-13.

-PSU (7-1/4-1) beat Montana (4-4/3-2) 35-16.
Who would've thunk that Montana after beating NDSU would go 3-4 in its next 7 games, and also not makes the playoffs (they have to win out and still have EWU and @ Mt St).

-NAU (5-3/3-2) beat NCO (4-4/2-4) 63-21

-N Dakota (5-4/3-3) beat Mt St (4-4/2-3) 44-38.
When was the last time neither Montana team made the playoffs? A distinct possibility...

So-Con Only 3 teams now with winning records, UTC, WCU, and the Citadel.
-UTC (7-1/4-0) beat WCU (5-3/3-2) 41-13

-Citadel (6-2/5-0) beat Mercer (3-5/0-4) 21-19

Southland 4 teams with winning records, + a couple of 4-4.
-McNeese (8-0/7-0) beat Abilene Christian (2-6/2-5) 15-13

-SHSU (5-2/3-1) is beating some Div II by 2 TDs early 3rd qtr..

-Between a pair of 4-3 teams 2nd Qtr its UCA 7, SELA 0.

Big South[/b]
-CSU (6-1/3-0) 27, CSU (7-0/3-0) 15,early 3rd qtr...

It was. Our D and special teams coaching are much worse than any of us ever realized. That's what happens when you play **** teams most of the season that make your team look better than they are.

CSU 33, CCU 20. Not surprised. CCU had been barely beating a bunch of mediocre teams. A joke if they were #1 in some poll(s).

SHSU holds on t beat Div II Texas A&M Commerce 38-24.

VU beats Maine 13-13, meaning JMU is knocked to 3rd place in the CAA, not 4th..

Oh, Elon was a cupcake for us but SBU wasn't. Some of you simply can't see the forest for all the trees standing in the way.
