Some of this stuff looks awfully familiar that we are about to do or have done. Thanksgiving Day games (UCF vs USF) Friday night games starting at 11am, play BYU a lot etc. Now I know of this would be good common sens on a Exec like Aresco part with his knowledge and all. But you have to give this guy credit, he was on point before it all happened. Maybe we need to hire him as the next Commissioner, to pay him, it would be a lot let less.

I don't understand why he didn't have Tulsa-Houston for a Black Friday rivalry game. It's the biggest rivalry this conference has.

"For the 12-team American, which starts in 2015, the alignment is pretty easy. The North includes UConn, Cincinnati, Temple, Navy, East Carolina and Memphis. The South includes SMU, Houston, UCF, USF, Tulsa and Tulane. Not only does it make geographic sense, I don’t notice a big imbalance between the relative qualities of the programs."

How freakin' bad would the South be...

Memphis is further south than Tulsa. I like our east-west divisions just fine.

You probably didn't realize that some of the things he said AAC should do were ALREADY IN PLACE (i.e. UCF was already set to host USF on Black Friday in 2013...teams already had games played/scheduled vs BYU, etc...)
