RE: Michigan State football: a reality check
Proud to be a SPARTAN.
I do think this has been an ugly year for Spartan defense injuries. I do miss Narduzzi, but i don't think his departure will mean the end of MSU as a power football program in the BIG. I agree that we don't have the athletic resources or the brand recognition of OSU, PSU, UM and Nebraska. But obviously that is not the end all and be all of having a good football team... just ask mICHIGAN. I do think that we have the best Athletic Director/Football Coach/Basketball Coach combo in the country. I think that is what has elevated Michigan State. Michigan State continues to have better and better recruiting classes despite the other powers in the BIG. Michigan State has lost one game this year by a few points away at Nebraska. As a SPARTAN i will take that any time.

Go Green!
Go White!
Go State!
