talking back to a teacher is not a criminal offense...body slamming your principal is

You still didnt reply to my post on the other thread, nobody said that talking back to a teacher was a crime. Her mere refusal to leave the classroom is trespassing. Would you consider that a crime?

Yes, I work...I can't take a break every time someone says something on the interwebs...but I'm here now...so ask away

She's not trespassing...she is required to be at school...she can go anywhere inside that address she likes, legally...so good luck getting that to stick

Who said anything about work?

No, she cannot go anywhere she likes, unless she has a hall pass. Why was she being arrested?

She shouldn't have been...cop has been fired for his misjudgment...

http://www.cbsnews.com/news/richland-cou...om-arrest/

What misjudgement? The student failed to comply with instructions from the teacher, administration, and officer. What is the "correct" next step other than removing her from the classroom? The officer did nothing wrong in putting his hand on her shoulder to urge her to get up and leave the class. She is the dumb*** that decided to strike an officer (which she could have been arrested for).

She deserved what she got and the officer should be contacting a lawyer immediately.

When do they fire the Principal? Did you SEE the way he grabbed that young child before the misunderstood youngster turned to defend himself?

Unacceptable. Simply unacceptable. 07-coffee3

Let's base teacher pay on educating these fine young upstanding youth. They probably just needed a candy bar and a high five. I bet each and everyone did 1 hour of homework to keep up with their end of year exams. Amirite GOP!!!

A better idea would be to arm teachers with tasers. Little Johnny didn't do his terms and section review. Tase his a**. Tase a couple of them and the word would spread, better do h.w. in Mr. or Mrs. Johnson's class.
