I'm pretty sure your sig is some sort of dig at UCF for accepting cc transfers. Every school in the state has to accept a cc transfer. It is guaranteed, it's also state law. You're welcome.

General Admission to Florida State Universities

Guarantees

The Florida Articulation Agreement designates the Associate in Arts degree as the transfer degree to Florida state universities. In doing so, the Agreement guarantees that:

Community college A.A. Degree holders will be granted admission to one of eleven (11) universities but not necessarily to limited access programs.
Upon transferring to a state university, A.A. Degree graduates will be awarded at least 60 credit hours towards the baccalaureate degree.

That's pretty impressive given smu's academic prowess.

Not personal. I change sig every week to reflect the opponent. I decided not to focus on the football team and program which I have much respect for.

None needed Jared. I just poke a little fun. Last week I had drunk UConn phuck boy as a sig.

We really want to take more DFW kids but most are not academically ready so they are sent to DCC and have access to SMU staff and counselors. It's something I have been pushing for years to get rid of the rich, white kid school stereotype.

I taught at an Iowa community college for years. Most of the grads transfer to Iowa, Northern Iowa, or Iowa State. I had one who transferred to the University of Chicago.

Community colleges don't seem to have the stigma here that they appear to have elsewhere. Most kids go to save money, not because they lack the academics. I would guesstimate that 30% of high school students in my area take community college courses with tuition paid by the local school boards.

Had one high school senior who had racked up enough credits that she got her AA degree one week before she got her high school diploma.
