Bob Huggins was thrown out and watched the game in the tv trailer. What a character loved the guy! . Always looking happy Denny Crum with Louisville when our coach Perry Clark defeated him and Huggins on our campus a few times.

Perry had a pretty good team. MK Turk had a good one with Clarence Weatherspoon at USM. Memphis had Elliot Perry and then Penny Hardaway....

There were some great games with Memphis back then.

Watching the interviews I think I finally understand the Memphis frustrations. Pastner talks the talk and can recruit but just can't coach.

I don't think his weakness is an x and o thing but a player management thing. Players think of him as sort of an Opie and he tends to overthink everything. He knows basketball like few others. He's a student of the game. He just can't get players to listen.

Hence why I have said he would excel with 2 years under a Larry type of coach

Ollie took Markus Kennedy and Nic Moore aside to talk about his first year as UConn coach when UConn was ridiculously banned from the postseason for idiotic APR scores. Ollie gave them a pep talk about their season.

Is your house still for sale in Texas? You might have a basketball coach looking to buy there next year.
