Tech fans almost outnumber Rice fans

USM announced 25,581 tonight but no chance we had over 20k. With a forecast of severe thunderstorms and potential flooding though it wasn't surprising the low turnout.... In the Hattiesburg area trick-or-treating was moved to Friday night because of the anticipated bad weather. I remember the lightning delay vs Tulsa in 2009 but this is the first time I remember a USM game home or away with a weather delay that included a tornado watch/warning involved.
