I agree. last year I saw the championship game in Marshall and it didn't even look like a sell out. If they can't sell out the championship game at home, I doubt they would send 25k to a bowl game.

Dude, do realize what the weather was like that day???

I remember that the weather was bad and I'm sure that that was a factor. Still, to suggest that 25k would travel to a bowl game in Dallas is a bit much.

I would say bit much too, in fact borderline delusional. To suggest that Marshall, who had 23k for the CUSA championship game, would sell out the Cotton Bowl is hilarious 03-lmfao

I know....all you can do is shake your head and laugh when some of these people post. 07-coffee3

It'll be on ASN.... 03-lmfao

If every ASN station picked it up...that might be better than CBSSN.

Can't see Tech going to the Bahamas...or even New Orleans with other CUSA teams going to Shreveport and Dallas.

Absolutely would not happen. And if by some miracle UTEP gets bowl eligible, they would be in either the New Mexico or Arizona bowls.

Bahamas: MTSU
Miami: WKU
St. Petersburg: Marshall
NOLA: Southern Miss
HOD: TECH
New Mexico: UTEP or FIU
Arizona: FIU

This is how I see it playing out unless Rice wins the West then shake if back up and throw it on the table.

So you think Rice wins the west or doesn't get in a bowl?

If MT manages somehow to get 6 wins, Blue Raiders are in the Bahamas. And there will be very few people there, once again.

I hope you get there. They need to move that bowl to a location where fans can attend. I say Coastal Carolina when they expand their stadium. 10 miles from Myrtle Beach.

Well, FIU's behind the 8 ball now... At 4-5, they will, most likely, crush Charlotte, but, then, they are @ Marshall and host WKU.
