Have they confirmed this? I was seeing reports that the driver had a medical emergency, like a seizure.

I didn't see anything other than the driver was in custody.

When I posted it, it didn't say DUI. It only said the driver was in custody.

I wonder if the driver was jealous or something. Maybe to go after someone, being drunk to fuel her rage or something? Even drunk, you don't "Accidently" plow into a homecoming parade at super fast speeds. Maybe high on acid or something, but not after too many beers.

Unless she was passed out at the wheel because she was super drunk.

^^^^ Yeah, but that'd be quite a coincidence. To plow thru a parade at high speeds by itself screams "intentional".
