the last time we played, I witnessed one of the best performances by a MT running back...Dwone Hicks for 311 yards, back in 2000.

I remember that game well. I remember Coach Rattay having a field day with MT the year before. (man, time flies)

Was that the year we started Stallworth but he didn't work out so we pulled the RS off Luke McCown right after the MTSU game and he played really well against Miami the next week?

Just saw the MTSU team at McDonalds for their pregame meal. Not very big. Good luck today MUTS.

In Nashville, La Tech/MT is scheduled on Channel 30. Shouldn't matter for the 2 Million folks living in Middle Tennessee which subscriber you have. Unfortunately, Bama/Urenge is at 2:30 p.m. on CBS. So, we just need Bama to curb stomp UT quickly so the fence sitters (and marginal Vols fans) can tune in to the shootout in Ruston!

Looks like in Atlanta we're getting the noon Southern Miss/Charlotte gane but not our game... 03-banghead

Considering we're bigger than you at nearly every position group, did you mean that the McDonalds was not very big?

FWIW, I know for a fact that the team just finished eating at the team hotel, so the story is either completely fabricated or perhaps Cscollis confused trainers or equipment staff for a football team.

So the guys eating at McDonalds lied to me. Bunch of young guys, at least 20 wearing MTSU football sweats. I saw coaches and trainers also. They told me they were supposed to eat at the stadium but it got messed up.

They were are smaller than me 6'3" 280. Either way good luck today, I expect a high scoring game.

Brown is 290; Ferguson is 6-5 260, not 225 (but he's a backup so dont worry about him).

I just hope that the rain forecast does not create any bad conditions for what should be a great Passing day for both MT and LaTech. Unless, of course, it adversely impacts Tech and not MT04-chairshot!

Good grief. Every one of these guys are part of the two - deep roster. Do we even have a chance?

I pulled all numbers for both teams from the same source claiming to be accurate as of this week. Not going from the official site for either team I was sure there'd be some discrepancies, but probably not enough to be contrary to the larger point.

Maybe it was the MTSU men's gymnastics team or the figure skating team in town for a competition.
