Subtle Example of High Level Coaching
At the 1:16 mark in the second period, it is 4th and 3. Memphis keeps its offense out there. We all know they won't go for it. You take the points. However there is nothing to lose trying to draw them offsides. Time elapses with a delay penalty is the most likely scenario and the field goal is still easy.

Memphis huddles and the offense breaks the huddle quickly with a strong sense of urgency. This team is so well coached on the subtleties that make the difference. The quick break and urgency sold they ensuing draw offsides. It is the little things coach Fuente and his staff have drilled down into this team that makes them winners. This staff continues to amaze me.
