We all dream of the big upset but reality almost always sets in, as it is now. Nothing lost here though. We weren't expected to win and nearly all of us picked this as a loss going into the season. We can still win the conference if we get out of here without any major injuries and stay focused and compete well. Nothing's a given though because we have some tough games remaining.

WKU is not out of it yet, but needs to play clean the rest of the way

Yep its hard to overcome those critical bad calls away at SEC or P5 home field. The team has to play flawless and beat the refs too

The slyist way they persuade these outcomes is the holding penalties. WKU Dlinemen will need new jerseys after tonight. I don't doubt that the top tier SEC schools are better, but they are not 3 to 4 TDs better than our top teams in CUSA.

Not watching the game, but looking at the stats I assume WKU has everybody and their brother in the box on defense? Since LSU is averaging 26 yards per completion I would guess the safeties are a little focused on the run.

How is it 2nd and 24 when the penalty was 5 yards on the illegal forward pass? Shouldnt it have been 2nd and 15? Im guessing it must be 5 yards from where the second pass was attempted?

Those two turnovers killed us. Stats was pretty even in the game.
