If we end up with seven squads in Bowl Match-ups and the projected Bowls picked by SI are what we get; then I'm

Even though it wouldn't be a P5 opponent, I would selfishly like to see USM in the New Orleans Bowl. The last time USM played in a bowl game that was drivable for a majority of the fan base was the 2009 New Orleans Bowl (and a butt whipping delivered to us by Middle Tennessee). Since then, USM played in St Pete (2010) and Hawaii (2011) with no bowl games (or eligibility) since. A trip to New Orleans would make the most sense and cents IMO. A game there would all but assure 10K plus fans, a bowl game in Dallas would be less than 5K, and any other bowl in this lineup would be less than 1K. After the last 3 years though I will settle for any bowl game and like it.

I hate our bowl matchups. Terrible. And it won't be indiana, itll be a big 12 bottom dweller

put Tech back in Dallas & USM in NO

Would love to see the Monarchs in a bowl but where do they get 3 more wins?

I don't know if the Monarchs will make it or not, but it certainly is still a possibility. But if they do make it to the Bahamas Bowl, Mr. and Mrs. Aggie will be there to root them on!

Third win against FIU or UTSA. Won't be Western Kentucky or Southern Miss. A home loss other than to Western ends the dream.

I think we get the first answer to this question this evening. Preseason, I had the FIU game penciled in as a loss for the Monarchs, and they remain the clear favorite. But the ODU offense has a full array of weapons with Washington at QB, Lawry at running back and Pascal at wide receiver. I think we may even see a two-back look with Cox at H-back. I am convinced that what we saw last week was the start of a turn-around for this season. I, for one, will not be surprised to see an upset Monarch victory this evening in Miami.

Solid game for FIU tonight. They're now 4-4 and have a decent shot to go 6-6. Next two games @FAU, then home vs. Charlotte

The FIU-at-FAU game is really one of the more interesting match-ups next week IMHO

After tonight's performance, the only bowl we will be going to is the toilet bowl. We have a pathetic coaching staff that blames the players for it's shortcomings!
