RE: College Gameday Live - Game Thread
Only complaint I have from GameDay yesterday was the Gestapo level event staff. Never have I seen rougher more forceful event staff. They were literally grabbing and shoving people for no reason what so ever. I was at the entrance to the pit from 6:30 am to the end, at one point I saw a guy try to enter the pit and the event staff shoved him back out the entrance simply because he had a bag. At the end, they confiscated my ENTIRE trash bag of streamers because "streamers aren't allowed" yanking it out of my hand and nearly pulling me over the gate. This was at the same time JMU was throwing out streamers.

Other then that it was the best experience I've had at JMU. Students and fans were VERY loud and I constantly saw people policing other people to prevent problems. I couldn't be prouder to be a JMU Duke right now.

I like the helmets. Keep them and win wearing them.

I didn't like them. And given the results of the game, I never want to them again.

And, why did Withers post on his Twitter the day before a picture of the purple helmet and saying "we are undefeated in these helmets!".

Donate the white helmets to some high school team and write off the donation as a tax credit ... contribute said tax credit to the "FBS fund."

Yeah. White helmets suck like white pants. Burn them.

We've lost plenty in the Gold to lesser teams. Keep moving this program forward with new stuff. Forget the stale image.

interesting account. I was near the fence behind the left of the stage and people were hopping the fence to get into the pit a couple at a time right in front of the event guys on our side and they were just watching it happen. it happened all throughout the day and broadcast.

I was right under the Liberty flag 03-puke all day. That was the official entrance to the pit and 2 of the 3 guys there were major tools. Acting like they protecting the president literally frisking every guy (no female staff so no female frisked) entering.
