Didn't know that Tulsa was one of the worst in all of FBS at stopping the run. Memphis may just run the ball heavily, use play action accordingly and have sustain long drives that keeps Tulsa offense off the field

I'm thrilled that we are 24th nationally at stopping the run

RE: Tulsa World Sports breaks down the matchups
Still have a light drizzle coming down in Tulsa. It has been like this all morning. Last night, it rained heavily for several hours.

It's weird, because the radar is clear today, yet the steady light drizzle/mist continues to fall and has been since early this morning.

About 70 degrees right now.

A great night to pound the rock.

If it rains as predicted, it could turn out just like that.

Do you seriously not have some kind of reply when the post before yours talks about it being a great night to pound the rock?

They are one spot ahead of Kansas. We rushed for almost 300 yards against Kansas.

I must have been in the 'reply mode' and missed it. The spontaneity is ruined now.

Running game may be key tonight. 45% chance of rain throughout the game.

The evaluation is so much in the Tigers favor that Tulsa should just forfeit and save the effort.

See the Cbssports breakdown of the game (see here) for a more complete breakdown of both teams.

Tulsa ranks 115th in rush defense. Memphis ranks 42nd in rush offense. Advantage good guys.

Tis about a wash for both schools in pass defense.

That would take all the fun out of watching us kick their azz. It also means I would probably have to take my wife out to dinner or something. A forfeit is not a good idea at all.
