LSU Tigers
LSU fans were interesting. My experience was pretty good overall. Lots of "tiger baits," but due to the weather I don't think they were the out in full force. Had a good weekend in Baton Rouge.

RE: LSU Tigers
My experience was 100% different than I expected..

1 tiger bait and everyone I talked to even the family of LSU fans sitting beside us was nothing but nice. But honestly I've never seen the rudeness at Bama, Tenn, or any football game that I've been to other than UL-L and that was a dunk fan trash talking a WKU players mother. But I don't seek it out either. I think it's really a mind set. If you look for negativity you'll find it...

I go in looking for the positive so maybe the rude ******* fans just avoid me.

Not even the "walmart" LSU fan. I try my best to never shop at wal mart but after checking every store for a poncho we stopped at Wal Mart and bought two wind breakers with a hood to get some protection from the rain. Wal Mart was full of people wearing or buying LSU shirts...

got a few double takes but again not one rude remark

I think you had a very unusual experience this time because of the severe wet weather. LSU typically averages over 102K for a home game, but according to the Louisiana newspapers today, "at most 50K" attended last nights game against WKU. No doubt the harsh weather hurt attendance and caused a few less people to get drunk. 01-wingedeagle
