FYI - 2017 NCSU at Troy postponed. NCSU and South Carolina 2017 Belk Bowl

My guess one of the following happens:
1. Game will be offered as an NCSU home game with increase payout, my guess 2020.
2. NCSU plans to play at Troy in 2020 if another FBS home game can be secured by NCSU. Already playing Miss St & Delaware at home. NCSU needs away and home game.
3. NCSU just pays buyout if no 2020 deal can be worked.
