Has anybody else heard about the crazy drama surrounding this game?

Huge fight breaks out during a post-game handshake between Cody and MLK. League manager forfeited MLK so that Cass Tech was the automatic champion by default, and Cody's football program was suspended for the season.

Well now the emergency manager has overturned the decision, and called the title game back on between MLK and Cass Tech. Had no idea that was within his right/power.

FWIW, we have verbal commits in the 2016 class from Dontre Boyd (MLK) and Rodney Graves (Cody). Hope neither of them were involved.

To clarify:
Darnell Earley is the Detroit Public Schools emergency manager not the City of Detroit emergency manager.
Without the championship game Detroit Public Schools would lose a bunch of dollars on the rental of Ford field.
