Lots of lopsided matchups this week. About the only game that should be close looks to be the UB/Ohio game. Both teams are coming off games they were absolutely waxed in.

This week is easy.

EMU @ NIU ......................just kidding, wanted to get the Huskies' goat. NIU will win.

BGSU 38 @ Kent St. 21. The MAC's top O against one of the top Ds, could be a classic. However, if BGSU plays defense, as they seemed to against Akron, the MOV could be much bigger.

Miami 20 @ WMU 44 This game will probably be fugly. And not just because WMU is in it.

#19 Toledo 41@ UMass 17. I may be giving UMASS too much credit for keeping the game within 25, just a gut feeling.

CMU 38@ Ball St 26. Last year, CMU out-gained the Cardinals 426-287 but was afflicted with a major case of fumble-itis, finished -4 in turnovers, and lost on a late 56 yd FG. We couldn't solve BSU under Enos, but we're on a roll offensively now and more than due.

Ohio 27 @ Buffalo 24. Tough game to call, but I give Solich the nod here. He probably knows the right buttons to push with his team, while Leipold is clearly still learning the lay of the land.

EMU 28 @ NIU 59.

Ya.....you might want to be careful in Muncie.

Although I think CMU will win I think their game at BSU and Ohio's game in Buffalo are the two games with the best chances of producing an upset.
