Sagarin has been 0.78512 correct this year and 0.52381 Against the Spread this year.

Take it for what it is worth but Sagarin model is usual >75% correct in winners and >.50% ATS.

Maybe so, but Sagarin is the best predictor

How the hell are we 66 at 4-3. I was thinking low 80s.

In FBS games none of the four different Sagarin ratings are worse than 80% correct straight up so far this season with the homefield advantage factor included. The Blended rating leads at .814 (376-86), three games ahead of the Predictor (.807, 373-89).

I prefer the massey ratings.

WKU - 41
Marshall - 51
La Tech - 71

There are 128 total FBS teams this year. Tech is 4-3 overall and per Sagarin about middle of the pack among all FBS football teams. Low 80's would be a very mediocre G5 team.

65 P5 teams (including ND)
63 G5 teams
128 FBS teams total

I still think it breaks down when comparing FBS to FCS teams. There aren't enough opponents in common. Are there SOME FCS teams better than Charlotte? Probably. Portland State looks pretty darn good. I'm sure there are others. But 59 teams? I don't believe it.

Didn't Kansas State lose 44-0 at home this week?

Sorry, but picking 75% straight up isn't terribly difficult without a computer model. Most college games have a fairly defined favorite every weekend, especially OOC. Even when you get into conference, less than half the games are really competitive.

03-lmfao try picking >50% Against the spread consistently.
