We're not even half way through THIS year.

I've targeted next year that THE year, too. No excuses. MAC West, MACC, and Bowl win.

Random thought on 2016 season...will GSU be the hardest game on the schedule?

Two deeps are great, except many on the two deep have never seen the field. So to anoint them as stellar is total conjecture.

Brady Hoke was a great recruiter, but it didn't translate on the field. In my opinion, with these recruits, this team should be steam rolling many MAC opponents. The CMU was a classic example. Numerous times in the redzone and bunches of points left on the board. Coaching can fix that. CMU should have been more like BGs recent game...........63-24 perhaps. Today's game, based on match ups and talent should be lopsided as well.

Not looking for style points, I'm looking for this coaching staff to maximize superior talent.

I think @N'western and @Illinois trump the home game with Georgia Southern. Although GSU will be a difficult home assignment.

We won't win the rest of our regular season games. I'd bet $500 in Vegas on that. However, yes -- us still being in the running to make the best out of the year -- and beating two bowl-bound teams to kick off our MAC season is a great start!
