If football uniforms were beer everybody would be playing naked since beer is a liquid and would run off the players' bodies. I'm grateful that uniforms aren't beer.

I'm disappointed by Bud every time. I guess there's something to be said for consistency.

I'm going to say this again. I love the gold facemasks. I hated when Beckman introduced the blue. Though it has grown on me over time, nothing beats gold.

I prefer the true midnight blue uni's with both dark jerseys and pants and midnight blue face-masks with white lettering and decals. I like the TRUE midnight blue not the somewhat lighter blue seen in recent years. I also believe the true midnight blue uniforms look sharp with white leg and shirt sleeve stripes plus lettering vs. gold. Then add yellow belts, socks, and wristbands. That's a damn sharp look.

UT's road uniforms in late 60'and very early 70's were white pants with true Midnight blue jerseys. The pants had a very wide midnight blue side leg stripe and the jersey's had white stripes at the shoulder I believe.

I would love it if we wore this combo for the reast of the year.
