Either somewhere near Plecker or on Godwin field I'd assume

Right in front of the APC would be perfect. Fill up the non-lot portion of Godwin Field with students, and have a sea of tailgating in Godwin Field, P Lot, G Lot and Hanson Field behind everything.

Please please please.

That's what I'm thinking. Right there at APC would be perfect

There's a realistic chance- it's not a very good week for football at FBS and FCS- this would likely pit two teams with one loss between them for first place in CAA.

Rely on our coaching staff to get er done and rock out w our already awesome uni swag and locker room tour during their visit

There's not a lot of great games that day for them to choose. I would guess A&M (if they beat Bama) and Ole Miss is the top choice.

I think Haley being there helps our chances tremendously. Otherwise I would say it's just a pipe dream.

Why not on the quad right in front of Wilson? Wilson Hall is probably the most iconic shot of JMU's campus and that area will be picturesque in late October. There's also a TON of space there for everyone to pack in.

College Gameday at JMU?
Question though: has espn ever showcased a school not playing their game on one of their networks? That might be our downfall

Yes I know they've been at a lot of SEC games that aired on CBS as well as some Notre Dame games that were on NBC.
