I am very concerned about UTSA...they are a very formidable team to say the least...

RE: Lines in the Sand (C-USA)- Week 7
Thursday, October 15
Western Kentucky @ North Texas; 7:30 pm, ET; Will the scoreboard keep up with WKU?

Saturday, October 17
Marshall @ FAU; 12:00 pm, ET; 'Herd rolls FAU

FIU @ Middle Tennessee; 12:00 pm, ET; MTSU takes out its frustration on FIU

LaTech @ Mississippi State; 12:00 pm, ET; Would love to see LaTech keep it close.. but still have to go with the overrated SEC team

Charlotte @ ODU; 3:30 pm, ET; ODU... I think..

UTSA @ Southern Miss; 7:00 pm, ET; This is the game that UTSA finally puts it together for 4 quarters.

Our record was 5-11 when he was fired mid-season. We ended up 17-19 with a win in the opening round of the NCAA tournament. This could be a defining moment for UNT.

I also believe the last time that north Texas fired a coach , WKU was the next game and WKU lost

Yes with the same interim coach Mike Canals...Seriously North TExas, does your OC get a lifetime pass or something as OC? How does he constantly remain on staff and get this interim gig every time also...

Western Kentucky. Wish NT was on Charlottes schedule.

Marshall
Middle Tennessee
Mississippi State
ODU; McNeill starts at qb for Charlotte. I'm not saying we would win if Johnson or Barden were playing, but I know we can't win with McNeill
Southern Miss

Western Kentucky @ North Texas - Running clock in the second half.
Marshall @ FAU - See above.
FIU @ Middle Tennessee - Squeaker.
LaTech @ Mississippi State - Good Dawgs get overlooked. Offense has a banner day and sneaks out with a 3 point win.
Charlotte @ ODU - Charlotte continues taking their medicine.
UTSA @ Southern Miss - Gut feeling. USM isn't clicking quite enough yet.

RE: Lines in the Sand (C-USA)- Week 7
UTSA vs USM will be a very good game. USM will face another good defensive team this week in UTSA. Both teams are looking to bounce back after last week losses. UTSA walk-on QB is not a liability - he's actually pretty calm under the pressure (in the 2nd half against Tech).
This is a must win for both team to keep their hope up for the West title. I think it will be a close one with USM winning by a TD or less.

Western Kentucky @ North Texas

Saturday, October 17
Marshall @ Florida Atlantic
FIU @ Middle Tennessee - Going to be a close game
LA Tech @ Mississippi State
Charlotte @ ODU Charlotte might surprise ODU since that got destroyed and shut-out at home by a Sunbelt team
UTSA @ Southern Miss - Another close game, but USM home field advantage will help the eagles

RE: Lines in the Sand (C-USA)- Week 7
Whats the deal with Patridge and FAU putting so much emphasis on our game this week. In his comments to the local paper he basically said this is FAU's Super Bowl. Really? Why? Help me understand this.

It's not like we are a rival - FIU, Miami, etc.
