RE: Week 6 Attendance
I have never been one to give Houston the benefit of the doubt on attendance, but the 25000 number seems a little low. The place seemed to fill up by the second quarter.

We counted the extra Houston fans as UCF fans.

Never thought I'd see the day when Temple attendance was this high -- much less compared to some of the other schools on this list. Insanity. Go TU!

Not sure what your remaining home schedule looks like, but with Nortre Dame coming up, and if you keep winning you might well be the attendance champs for the year.

Thanks buddy. We appreciate the kind words. Temple has had such a long dark history with football -- it's overwhelming to finally hear people say nice things. Look forward to playing you guys next year!

25k was probably about right. The lower deck facing ESPN's cameras filled up nicely and the student section in the end zone was packed as usual, but the opposite side was sparse at best.

RE: Week 6 Attendance
If the Astros make the LCS and World Series, they could adversely affect UH. Thankfully, the next two are on the road, otherwise the attendance for Tulane would be affected.

Halloween could be a nightmare, at least as far as attendance goes. TSU plays at BBVA Compass (they may draw a few fans away being in Third Ward), the World Series has a scheduled game and people make Halloween plans. Thankfully, the Texans and Rockets do not play.

25k seems right..and while not impressive, it's an improvement over what we would have drawn last year during a Texans and Astros game.

I really think ucf just lies about their attendance. I watched yesterday and the Furman game, not coming up with those numbers.

I've always been a Temple fan because of basketball. I hope you guys keep rolling until we play. I did pick you as East champs months ago.

Homecoming for ECU this coming weekend. I think 45-48K announced attendance sounds about right. Supposed to be perfect weather. high 60ties and sunny.

Sounds like yall have it set up right. Our "home" side/season ticket side is the one that does not show on tv. So the side that is showing is the more sparsely populated side. Which means the Memphis/Mississippi game will appear to have more Mississippi fans on tv, even tho in reality it will be about 45k/15k in our favor.

What I watched of Houston in the second half looked pretty empty - the building looked half full or slightly more at best. 25k tickets distributed

Worry about your own team. Just last year you were drawing 19k a game.
