As a program, UCF isn't as bad as they are this season, but what their fans didn't realize is that 2013 wasn't the norm for their program either. Just happened to luck into an NFL QB so won 3-4 close games they woulda lost any other years.

As a program, UCF is a middling G5, nothing more or less.

Over the last decade, UCF has either played for and/or won Conf Titles in 2005, 2007, 2010, 2012, 2013 and 2014.

Yes, winning a BCS Bowl Game is rare for most teams but UCF fans have been used to being at/near the top of conferences in a lot of seasons recently, unlike most teams.

I will tell you what happened to UCF.....it was Diaco. I am convinced he is a wizard, not a coaching wizard, but literally a wizard. He created a magic trophy that made UCF suck all year. Now that UConn has won, UCF will now start winning some games since the spell he created will wear off
