I wont go that far. Right now Michigan looks like the best defensive team in all of college football but their offense looks mediocre. I think that will suit them just fine against Michigan State but Michigan still needs to work on their offense before the final game of the regular season.

Actually from a statistical stand point B.C. is pretty darned good. They are giving up 6 points a game. The problem is they are 3-3.

The most impressive thing that jumps off the page on BC's schedule thus far is that they only allowed Florida State to score 14 points on them which is FSU's lowest point total yet. The rest of their games though? Not as impressive of a schedule as Michigan's.

Michigan State has so many injured players out that I think Michigan will win easily.

Yep. They are the most complete team I've seen in the Big 10 this year.

The gators are in the conversation as well

Yup. Right now COY is a two-man race between McElwain and Harbaugh.

I would have called you crazy had you made such a comment preseason but there is no denying that this is the case right now in college football. We will see if that persists.

It may have stopped persisting already.

Or, if Florida still manages to win 10 without their starting QB, McElwain might win COY in an runaway.

Also I can tell you in my case, my iPhone will autocorrect words like that to what it thinks I am trying to type, even if the original word is spelled correctly.

Oh yeah, that also. Notice that on my tablet also after I posted a comment.

From a strict win-loss perspective the biggest single-season turnaround in college football history was Hawaii's from 1998 to 1999. The Warriors went from 0-12 to 9-4 with a bowl win over Oregon State.

Yeah, hopefully it becomes another story of a backup college QB coming in and finding success. Look at it this way, LSU has no idea what to prepare for.

I'm sorry, but I think Auburn's 1 year turnaround from dead last in the SEC to 1 minute from the National Championship is a pretty big bar to beat.

None of what you just posted refutes that "Big Blue is back" and that "Harbaugh is one hell of a coach". It just shows that you cant stand seeing any other program not in the SEC, or perhaps not in Alabama, getting all this attention.

If Memphis, Houston, or Temple finish undefeated, you'd have to consider their coaches as well...All 3 would have an outside shot at being top 4 if they go undefeated. They'd all have the potential for multiple (as many as 4) top 25 wins

No, but it DOES refute "Quickest Turn Around I Ever Seen in CFB," which as the title of this thread, is a part of the same comment he quoted, since it was the first post in the thread. And as he included the same title in his response, it is still accruate. But don't let that get in the way. 07-coffee3

I don't know how anyone can downplay or dispute the job Jim Harbaugh has done so far at Michigan.

I don't know how anyone can be less than very impressed at the quick turnaround by the Wolverines.

I say this as someone who despises both Jim Harbaugh and Michigan, but facts are facts.

Nobody has disparaged Harbaugh. The only whiff of it is H1's erroneous assertion that it was intent of Tom of Lazybrook to do so. From worst to 1st in a year is the issue. The jury is out on that for Michigan this year. I think they could easily make the CFP with the 1 loss. From there who knows.

But as things stand right now what Tom posted is so and there may be other examples deeper in the past that we lack the breadth of knowledge to be able to cite.

All of that aside, I agree what has happened at Michigan this year is truly wonderful, (unless you are a Buckeye fan).
