As a senior, the 6'4", 3-star combo guard averaged 22.1 points, 5.2 rebounds and 1.6 assists a game. 39" vertical jump.

We still need some bigs.

KJ is 6'7 (SF)---------------------Not a big, doesn't need to play PF or C.
Rivers is 6'8 (SF)-----------------Not a big, doesn't need to play PF or C.

All we have is 6'11 Marshall and 6'9 Dedric for the PF/C spots. <-------------- No Depth

We are set on guards now for the next few years. We really need a couple more solid bigs. Hopefully "under the radar" game changers.

I could have understood if this guy was a point guard but what is the point of adding him when we already had 3 freshman combo guards. I think this was a waste of a Scholly. He would have been better off bringing in another big. This signing make no sense to me and what about that 3* walk on we have so technically we have 6 combo guards and no true point on this roster. If you count Tarrant as a combo guard.

This is what we have this season. Having several guards doesn't bother me, because transfers are now a fact of life in college basketball (not just Memphis). The best fits will stay, the others will seek playing time elsewhere; hopefully to be replaced with some inside help.

Available scholarship since what's his name left in the middle of the summer. Use it or lose it. Of course you could keep in case Jarnell[/i] II comes around.

If Josh has taught is anything it's that we're never set at any position.
