RE: Akron Game
So when does the tackling improve? If these guys can't do it get some who can.

RE: Akron Game
Hell of a scramble and catch on that 3rd down conversion. Sometimes that happens. But a 29 yard rushing TD has us looking like we did pre-LSU.

RE: Akron Game
I hope everyone is enjoying the homecoming game. I know the players are missing tackles, and getting penalized, but it reflects the coaching. The offense is firing on all cylinders, Deboer should be commended. Brad McCaslin should be fired after this game. He has got to be the worst coach in division 1 football.

I would say our defense is a sieve but that would be an insult to sieves.

Didn't like this offensive series, we need to get back to the balanced offense.

God the offensive play calling! Why wouldn't you try to grind it out and eat some clock....you're really going to put that D back on the field?

Of course that happens.

At least it was only a safety, I guess....

Barnes held the ball too long needs to get rid off it sooner.

Better 2 than 7. Safeties aren't the end of the world.

Could easily turn into 9. Terrible outcome.

Probably a pick 6 for Anthony Brown if he didn't have a club on his hand.

RE: Akron Game
Lane is making out DB's and Safeties look like pop warner players. #31 needs to get his head turned around. He's always playing the receiver, not the ball.

?

Two points plus a kickoff.

I don't consider a KO equal to a TD.

it resulted in 5 instead of 9. Those points are on the OC for his terrible 3 and out play calling.

Down 19 with the final possession of the half. Even a field goal would go a long way here...
