What are your thoughts on what attendance will be?

I initially said that if we were ranked, it would for sure be a sellout. Starting to second guess that just looking at how many tickets are still available.

Michigan being ranked and playing another ranked team as us cant be helping.

Weather looks like all you can ask for in October, high of 63 and mostly sunny.

Does homecoming bring in more? Never been to a college homecoming but never noticed any difference for a high school homecoming.

It will be the biggest student crowd of the season for sure.

Its been tough going filling up the fan plan north east corner as well as the east side visitors sections. Kent will bring some people, but its traditionally been BG and P5 or G5 ranked teams who can fill next to their locker rooms. Fan plan people i know sit on the home side for protection from wind and better view of the game.

We should sell out, but with what i saw vs. stAte.... That visitor section low wont be full, neither will the fan plan near the corners.

23,804....a lot more buzz about the Rockets than last year at this time, but people are lame and lazy as we all know. Should be 28k at least with a top 25 ranking. We'll see.

I always overestimate and am disappointed, so I'm taking the last bidder approach of 1, Drew (or Bob for you old timers).

Looks like good weather, homecoming and a ranked team----should be a sell out, however, that doesn't seem to happen anymore at the Glass Bowl so I will guess between 22,000 and 23,000.

If there are less than 22k fans, I give up.

23,600 and people will leave early, sad thing is Toledo would beat most big ten teams, probably win west division. People never have realized how good some of the MAC teams have been. This UT team is big and fast, but still has a staff that has to prove can win big games late in year... focus team for entire season.

Based upon recent MAC performance in games, UT is most definitely in the "on any given day" category against about any team. Heathy, we have enough diversity of scoring and defense too now, not to be a huge underdog to anyone. I wouldn't support that UT is deep enough to survive a major conference schedule but for a game....

I just got off the phone with the ticket office regarding basketball tickets, but posed the question about Saturday's Homecoming attendance. He didn't have a number for me, but he said they are selling out sections. That is pretty rare, and when it happens it is usually the day of the game. looks like numbers are up if the response has been this positive.

Well they wont be able to move there Saturday
