You are both right I would love to walk through the construction site. Just love to build things and watch things being built. When the subdivision where I live now was being built 25 years ago my house was the first one done. Spent many hours on my morning walks looking through all the houses as they went up. Have the hard hat just need to find a vest!!!!

Been nice to get a couple of looks at D Hall during the past two weekends while sitting in BFS. Looks like the side facing BFS (opposite camera side) is not quite as far along as the camera side. In any case the place is looking great!!

My younger daughter (2015) was sad about D Hall being torn down as she said she had so many great memories of being in D Hall. Imagine a lot of other alumni feel the same way!!!

D-Hall 2.0 starting to show off a little on the webcam now that a lot of the scaffold has come down and erected on the other side of the building. Beautiful day in the Valley today.

beautiful ... i am NOT letting it bug a little that it's not limestone bluestone... this won't fade to light gray, but all will be OK!!!

Is it set to Open next fall ?

Looks to be an absolutely picture perfect day in the Valley this afternoon. Almost makes me want to hop in the car and head down there. Going to miss not having a game this weekend!!!

Took a quick look at D Hall cam this afternoon. Doesn't look like much going on camera side wise. Sure plenty of work happening on the other side.

A lot of the big stuff is done Camera-side. The roof membrane is going down on the flat part of the 1st story, glass trim work to finish up, some precast pieces to cap out the bluestone work, and 1st story entrance work. Bluestone is done on the Commons side except the mid-section of the clocktower. Bluestone continues on the two Bluestone Drive sides of the building, and most of the glass is installed too. Drywall finishing happening inside.

Is the road going past the D-Hall open or did they close it for construction?

Dhall clock tower getting a clock today.

If we can't watch football, and don't want to watch basketball, at least we have DHall webcam.

I was just coming on here to mention the clock going in, looks great!

About time they filled up that big hole in the tower. Looks great!!

same thing... and bluestone still. The opposite side exterior was the last side to conclude.

I'm thinking they'll have DHall (or West Campus Dining hall, as Dining Services is trying to call it) completed from the outside by Commencement weekend, with the fences down and landscaping done, and have some interior finishes to complete throughout the summer.
