Lions find a way to lose
So they finally let Stafford be a gunslinger and he moves them right down the field. But then............they find a new way to lose.
Almost teams pride themselves on finding a way to win at this organization manages to find intriguing ways to lose

The call was bad, but then, ahhhhhhhh OMG. Why, why, why do I watch them and hope?!
I've gone to games in the old Tiger Stadium, last week I had to explain to kids how it ran across the stadium, how fun, cold, wet, muddy and FUN it was when I was back. Went to the Broncos vs Lions game, thought we would WIN.
CUBS fans have nothing on us. We can't even remember going to a championship, because we haven't.

This post game show is interesting. Refs admit they didn't apply the rule correctly and it should have been the Lions ball at the 6 inch line.

The lions lost this game way before they got SCREWED..... they can't figure out how to move the ball with a group of guys that have been together for at least 2 to 3+ years... and more if you talk Calvin and Stafford... If anyone is to blame for this bull$hit situation... its the OC who has never actually been an OC and thinks he knows whats going on... guy is clueless..
If you have a crappy OL... you scheme around it... you don't sit behind your play card and act surprised when things dont go your way... this guy is probably a great QB coach, but needs to learn how to make his scheme fit his actual talent..... I would hate to see CJ go the way of Barry Sanders...

I would honestly rather see the Lions be purely WMU-only. Only signing/drafting players from WMU over time. Sure, we'd probably be 0-4 right now.... but it'd be more exciting as a rare/different team.

They couldn't make it 5 games without losing on a blown call. That takes well, not talent. Whatever the opposite of talent is.
