Mississippi @ Memphis , Noon , ABC
USF @ UConn , Noon , ESPNU/ESPNNews
Tulsa @ ECU, Noon , ESPNU/ESPNNews
UCF @ Temple , 730p. CBSSN
and Friday 10/16 previously announced :
Cincinnati @ BYU , 8pm , ESPN
Houston @ Tulane , 9pm , ESPNU
I wished the 10/17 start times were more staggered. Why not start Houston-Tulane at 6 or 7pm CT and BYU-Cinci at 9pm CT.
Cincinnati is EST, so 10pm would be an awfully late start for us. I'm glad it's on at 8 locally so I can go out drinking afterward.

Tulane / Temple moves to ESPNU from ESPNNews
Supposedly a cascading result of the S. Carolina-LSU game being moved to Baton Rouge.

Back in my college ('02-'07) and graduate school ('10-'12) days, whenever we had noon games, since we couldn't go out to the tailgating field until 8:00, we'd usually wake up around 5:00 AM, blaring ECU-related songs, playing beer pong, and we'd have probably 10-15 people over at the house. I loved noon games. You still have the whole day!

It checks out.
UConn / UCF got moved because of the cascade. LSU / SC moved to ESPN at 230 cst. So Nebraska / Wisconson and Clemson / GT moved to ABC/ESPN2, which moved Minnesota / Purdue to ESPNU, which means UCF / UConn has to go to ESPN News.
With LSU / SC no longer at 11 on ESPN, that moves IU / PennSt to ESPN which moves IL / Iowa to ESPN2. That leaves ESPNU with dead air.
So you take Tulane / Temple, put it on ESPNU, and then put Sports Center on ESPNnews-- which is what its for usually.
