Ironically enough, table games and slots are legal in PA, draftkings and fan duel is legal (how is this not sports betting, I have no freakin idea), and of course the stock market is legal, which for all intense and purposes isi gambling.

Check with a good accountant. You want to ensure you are paying taxes on it. The people who they bust for illegal activity get hardly any penalty, unless they failed to report the income on their taxes. Also, it is (or was) illegal for the tax departments to report the business activity to law enforcement. Years back, someone filed a tax return where their income was listed as drug dealing. The name and information of that person couldnt be reported to law enforcement.

You can always claim ignorance of not knowing sports betting was illegal in your state. You cant claim ignorance that money you earn isnt taxable.
